Ingredients: Chamomile, Echinacea, Orange, Ginger, Lemon balm and Rose
Directions:
Can drink 2-3 cups per day
Use 1- 2 tsp of herbs per cup of hot water.
Put herbs into your desired diffuser ie eco teabag, tea ball, or use a teapot and strainer. Leave to steep 5-10 min and enjoy.
Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
